Van Delivery Driver

Pay Rate: $18.05 / hour

• Schedule: 4 to 12 hours per shift (Varies based on route demands). Sundays Off.
• Hours: 3rd Shift / Early Morning. Must be flexible to start as early as 2:00 AM.
• Overtime: Holiday flexibility is required.
• Weekly pay and long term employment no ending date

• Immediate Accrual: Start earning PTO (eligible to use after 60 days).
• Equipment Provided: No personal vehicle required; a commercial company van is provided for all routes.

• Route Transportation: Safely navigate regional routes to deliver wholesale flowers and floral supplies to retail stores and local warehouses.
• Freight Handling: Load, unload, and organize cargo vans efficiently, ensuring fragile products are protected.
• Physical Logistics: Regularly carry inventory shipments up and down stairs as required by specific delivery locations.
• Manifest Accuracy: Sort cargo systematically to guarantee exact order fulfillment and document successful drops on daily production sheets.
• Independent Work: Manage your route timing independently while maintaining strict punctuality.

• Physically Demanding Role: This is a high-activity, physically demanding job requiring continuous movement, loading, and unloading throughout the shift.
• Heavy Lifting: Must possess the physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and climb stairs while carrying flowers.
• Experience: Proven commercial or route delivery driving experience (food service delivery does not qualify. Must have driven company vehicle delivering product).
• Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history
• Screening: Must successfully pass a 7 year background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
