About Webster Shipping

Webster Shipping is a proud FedEx Ground contractor built on safety, respect, and teamwork. We provide the tools, training, and support you need to succeed. Our terminal is located at 5420 Highway 65 South, Harrison, AR 72601.

Pay & Benefits

• $150–$200/day
• Paid training: $120/day
• Weekly pay
• Health insurance after 60 days
• 5 PTO days annually

Schedule

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday
• 8:00 AM until route completion (about 6:00 PM)

What You'll Do

• Safely complete package delivery routes
• Load, scan, and deliver packages
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Use GPS and delivery technology
• Provide excellent customer service

What You Need

• 21+ with a valid driver's license
• No CDL required
• Live within 45 minutes of the terminal
• Must be willing to submit to a background check, MVR review, drug test, and DOT physical (employer paid)
