Pay: $19–$23 per hour (based on experience)
Full-Time: 37–42 hours per week

Position Overview

As a Store Lead, you will support store management in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring customers receive top-tier service. You will play a key role in team development, merchandising, buying used product, and maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing store.

This role is ideal for someone ready to grow into higher leadership while making an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff during daily store operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Supervise team members and help guide performance and productivity
• Assist with scheduling, shift leadership, and task delegation
• Buy, price, and merchandise used sporting goods
• Maintain strong product knowledge across sporting categories
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• Support training and development of new team members
• Open and close the store as part of leadership coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail staff management experience
• Minimum 3 years retail sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for sports, fitness, and customer service preferred
• Ability to lift and move sporting goods equipment as needed
