Position Overview

The Warehouse Picker/Packer is responsible for accurately picking and packing orders while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Success in this role is measured by meeting or exceeding order-per-hour (OPH) goals and ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders from designated locations
• Verify merchandise accuracy
• Pack products and prepare orders for shipment
• Send completed orders to the shipping line
• Replenish products for PTL machines for upcoming shifts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Report equipment issues, errors, or operational concerns to team leaders
• Follow company procedures, training guides, and best practices
• Cross-train in other warehouse departments as needed
• Remove dunnage from inbound loads
• Document incoming loads with photos using a company-issued tablet
• Restack pallets when loads have shifted
• Inspect pallet quality
• Wrap pallets manually with stretch wrap as needed
• Track and document pallet movement using Excel spreadsheets
• Perform other duties as assigned
