Sales Representative

CONCRETE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We're looking for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building lasting relationships and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Adonel Concrete is a Leading Independent Concrete & Block Manufacturing Company located in South Florida who is looking to add motivated sales individuals to join their team in Monroe, Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River Counties. These individuals need to be well respected in the construction industry with a desire to work hard and be successful.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling concrete and block.

Must possess strong negotiation skills and provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred

5 years as a Concrete Account Executive/Sales Representative within the construction industry.

Excellent Customer Service skills

Ability to efficiently manage time and work independently and with a team

Ability to build relationships and relate to others

Valid Driver's License with a driving record that meets company safety standards

Responsibilities:

Sell Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block to customers

Efficiently identify prospective customers and projects

Establish new customer accounts and projects in a timely manner

Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, vendors, and the community

Meet or exceed sales metrics and forecasted budget

Address and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints

Effectively communicate between departments, including customer service, accounting, and operations

Assist in the collection of revenue, when necessary

Must be able to attend onsite meetings at our Miami offices**
