Restaurant Manager – Hondos Steakhouse

Hondos, an upscale steakhouse known for premium cuts, an award-worthy wine list, and impeccable service, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring every guest receives a polished, memorable dining experience
• Hire, train, and mentor servers, hosts, and bartenders to uphold Hondos' standards of excellence
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory alongside the culinary team
• Handle guest relations with grace, turning any hiccup into a five-star recovery
• Collaborate with ownership on events, private dining, and seasonal menu rollouts
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
• A genuine passion for great food, wine, and guest service
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure during a packed Saturday rush
• Sharp eye for detail — from table settings to steak temperatures
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
