Restaurant Shift Manager (Pizza Industry)

We are seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in a high-volume, family-friendly buffet/QSR environment. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth shift execution, strong team performance, and consistent guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned shifts from open to close
• Supervise, coach, and support team members during service
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met
• Maintain a family-friendly guest experience environment
• Handle basic cash management, deposits, and closing/opening procedures
• Support labor efficiency and operational flow during peak periods
• Uphold brand standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong background in customer service or QSR/buffet operations
• Ability to lead teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
