Legal Intake Specialist

Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
Compensation: $22–$25/hour (DOE)

Schedule Options:

Full- Time: ***Must be open to both schedules***

• Thursday-Friday 1PM-9PM, Saturday-Sunday 12pm-8pm and Monday 1PM-9PM
• Monday- Friday 8AM-4PM

Dubin Law Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will speak with individuals seeking legal help, gather critical case details, and guide them through the intake process with professionalism, urgency, and empathy.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients and provide a professional, empathetic first interaction
• Gather and document case details accurately in the firm’s intake system
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to collect missing information and move cases forward
• Identify and prioritize urgent or high-value cases based on firm guidelines
• Communicate with potential clients via phone, text, and email
• Send intake documents and agreements as appropriate
• Track lead progress and maintain detailed, organized notes
• Review missed calls and follow up promptly to maximize conversion
• Collaborate with intake leadership and legal staff to route cases appropriately
• Follow established intake workflows and documentation standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in legal intake, call center, high-volume phone support.
• Experience handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls is required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills with a high level of empathy and professionalism
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with digital systems and case documentation
• Legal, medical, or personal injury experience is a plus but not required
