OVERVIEW:
The newly hired crew member will work as part of a team to provide clients with a high-quality product and excellent customer service. Theirs will be a supporting role, taking instruction from the lead fence installer and senior crew a member. They should have good communication skills and treat clients, and their properties, with the highest degree of respect. They should have a positive attitude and treat their fellow employees professionally and with respect.
 
The skills and experience of the qualified individual must include, but are not limited to:

• Experience working in any construction trade
• Work outside, under reasonable weather conditions for 8 hours
• Employees must be able to lift 60lb throughout the working day
• Work as a team and take instruction from the lead installer
• Perform the laborious tasks associated with fence construction - demolishing old fences and loading dump vehicles, digging holes, hauling soil, hauling materials, mixing concrete, removal of concrete footings
• Perform cleanup of their site at the end of the day and at the end of the project

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual English and Spanish
• A driver’s license and the ability to drive a medium duty truck
• The ability to perform dump runs efficiently
• Safely use small hand tools like: circular saws, reciprocating saws, drills, jack hammers, etc.
