Front Counter Help

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and expediting orders.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Deliver prompt efficient service
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Maintain a clean environment
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products and services

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a plus
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
