Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to oversee outbound shipments and inbound receiving.
In this role, you'll help ensure every shipment is accurate, on time, and meets our quality standards while supporting the daily operations of our Shipping & Receiving department.
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments and courier pickups.
- Review and approve pack lists, shipping labels, package counts, and destinations.
- Correct shipping errors before orders are released.
- Process and distribute incoming shipments and purchase orders.
- Organize the daily workload of Shipping Clerks and Packagers.
- Troubleshoot shipping and courier portals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized Shipping & Receiving area.
- Provide backup support for shipping and packaging when needed.
- Assist with department projects and other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with JobBOSS, DocuWare, or similar manufacturing software is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus; training and certification will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
