experience required — just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Tire Technician
- Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)
- Position Overview
- The Tire Technician performs tire mounting, balancing, rotations, repairs, and pressure checks
- for customers both in-shop and on mobile service calls. This is a great entry point into the
- automotive industry, with hands-on training and room to grow into more advanced technician
- roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, and balance tires using shop and mobile equipment
- Perform tire rotations, inspections, and pressure checks
- Patch or plug tires and identify tires that need replacement
- Inspect tires for wear patterns, damage, and alignment issues
- Safely operate jacks, lifts, and impact tools
- Load, unload, and organize tire inventory for mobile service routes
- Communicate with customers about tire condition and recommendations
- Keep the work area, tools, and mobile service vehicle clean and organized
- Follow all safety protocols when working with tools and equipment
- Accurately document completed work in the service system
Qualifications
- No prior experience required — entry-level position with on-the-job training
- Valid driver's license required (mobile service role)
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting tires (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing for
- extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning automotive service
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently once trained
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Oil Change Technician
Pay: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Position Overview
The Oil Change Technician performs routine oil changes and basic preventative maintenance
services for customers, both in-shop and via mobile service calls. This role is ideal for someone
looking to build foundational automotive skills with a clear path toward more advanced
technician positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes according to manufacturer specifications
- Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, washer fluid, etc.)
- Inspect belts, hoses, and other basic components for visible wear
- Reset maintenance/service reminder lights as needed
- Conduct basic multi-point inspections and report findings to customers
- Properly dispose of used oil and filters per environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job
- Keep mobile service vehicle and equipment stocked, clean, and organized
- Communicate professionally with customers about services performed and
- recommendations
- Follow all safety protocols when working with fluids, tools, and lifts
- Qualifications
- No prior experience required — entry-level position with on-the-job training

- Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in learning automotive service
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting, bending, and working in various weather
