Manufacturing Production Operator / General Laborer

Job Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Mix batches of materials according to established formulas and specifications
- Pick and gather raw materials needed for production formulas
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards
- Perform general labor duties throughout the plant as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and other production-related tasks
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to accurately follow formulas, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be reliable and committed to excellent attendance
This is a true manufacturing plant environment. The facility is not temperature controlled, so employees should be comfortable working in varying temperatures throughout the year.
