Wireless Sales Representative

M.E.L Consulting is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing wireless sales team. If you’re driven, competitive, and enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to build valuable sales and leadership experience while earning competitive pay.

No wireless experience? No problem. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 5 days per week
• Retail schedule (including some weekends)

Compensation

• Competitive hourly base pay
• Uncapped commission
• Performance bonuses
• Average representatives earn approximately $1,200 per week
• Top-performing representatives earn approximately $1,800–$2,500 per week

Individual earnings vary based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Help customers find the best wireless devices and service plans
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and features
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Meet individual and team performance goals
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity

• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
