Retail Salesperson

This part-time retail salesperson role offers a valuable opportunity to join a cross-functional team in a supportive retail environment. Starting at minimum wage with benefits available after a 90-day probation period, the position is ideal for individuals who excel in team collaboration and customer-focused service. While transportation is not required, it is considered convenient for this role. The retail salesperson will report primarily to floor leads, store managers, assistant managers, or direct supervisors and will have clear pathways for advancement into management or specialized roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and recommendations
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Maintain thorough product knowledge to answer customer inquiries
• Handle cash and other forms of payment securely and accurately
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance buyer satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet store goals
• Keep the store organized and well-presented
• Support loss prevention measures to maintain inventory integrity

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
