Once Upon A Child ® offers customers a fun and convenient way to buy and sell gently used kids’ stuff, making it easy to save money on children’s clothes, toys, baby furniture, and equipment. We focus on quality, safety, and value the same things you value for your own family.

What You’ll Do: As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a key part of our team, helping to create a welcoming shopping and selling experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Assisting in the buying process with respect and care for others’ gently used children’s items

• Pricing and merchandising inventory with consistency and attention to detail

• Supporting daily store operations, including the buying of used merchandise

• Promoting our brand and values through enthusiastic and inclusive in-store interactions

We’re looking for team members who are outgoing, motivated, love kids, and enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Retail experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate

• Interest in children’s products and family-focused retail
