Furniture Sales Associate

Job Overview
We're looking for a personable, motivated team member to join our furniture sales crew. This role combines one-on-one customer interaction with product knowledge and general office support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the showroom floor with a friendly, low-pressure approach.
• Learn and stay current on our furniture inventory, features, and pricing to guide customers confidently.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Process sales orders accurately and follow up on customer inquiries and deliveries.
• Assist with general office tasks including answering phones, filing, and coordinating with the warehouse team.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive experience for every customer who walks in.

Schedule

• Full-time position, 40 hours a week.
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• One weekday off, Sundays off

Qualifications

• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and office software.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-through on customer commitments.
• Interest in home furnishings or interior design is a plus.
