Parts Coordinator - Now Hiring

Shop/Parts Coordinator Keep the shop moving, support the sales team, and help make sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Shop/Parts Coordinator to support daily shop operations and partner closely with the Shop Manager. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate parts and accessories, track supplies, assist with quotes, and help keep our shop running efficiently from start to finish. The perfect candidate would be someone that worked at an auto parts store or an auto dealership. PAY: hourly rate + 10% commission on parts sold outside of company. Paid Bi-Weekly. What You’ll Do • Order parts, accessories, and attachments to support shop and customer needs. • Research pricing and availability to find the best options for parts, accessories, and attachments. • Assist sales representatives with quotes for accessories and attachments. • Review receipts and book items accurately to units in Pro. • Take phone orders for parts and accessories with professionalism and urgency. • Maintain shop supplies and inventory to keep daily operations on track. • Monitor shop and paint department spending to help support budget goals. • Work a regular schedule of Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with overtime as needed. What We’re Looking For • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • A positive, energetic approach to daily work and customer interactions. • Ability to act with urgency, solve problems, and keep tasks moving. • Clear verbal and written communication skills. • Knowledge of material handling equipment parts is a plus. • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including walking, standing, stooping, bending, and lifting up to 90 pounds.
