A Convenience Store / Gas Station in the Gardnerville area needs to hire a Convenience Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring a great experience for our customers. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store
• Manage staff and provide training and development
• Ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain inventory levels and manage stock
• Handle cash management and financial reporting
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent
