AR/Billing Supervisor

Location: Longview, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Onsite

Compensation: $35-$40/hour DOE

CV Resources is partnering with a growing Pacific Northwest organization to identify an experienced AR/Billing Supervisor to lead the AR function for one of their operating divisions. We're seeking a hands-on leader with a strong accounting background, previous supervisory experience, and expertise in Time & Materials (T&M) billing. This role will oversee day-to-day accounts receivable operations while partnering closely with operations and project management to ensure timely, accurate billing and collections.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Accounts Receivable operations
• Lead and develop the AR team while ensuring efficient workflows
• Oversee complex Time & Materials (T&M) billing
• Review and approve invoices before customer submission
• Manage collections, customer accounts, and aging reports
• Resolve billing discrepancies and escalated customer issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and assist with month-end close
• Collaborate with project managers regarding contract billing requirements
• Monitor AR performance and recommend process improvements
• Prepare reports and support leadership with financial analysis and special projects

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background required
• Previous Accounts Receivable leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with Time & Materials (T&M) billing required
• Construction, environmental services, industrial, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
