Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I'm looking for a great nanny/mother's helper for 1 child. Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities. We need someone for several hours from the morning until the afternoon for about 2-3 weekdays per week. It would be helpful to have someone who is flexible with the days of the week changing sometimes on a weekly basis as my work schedule changes.
