Babysitter

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children during the upcoming school year. We have 2 kids that will need to be cared for in the morning prior to school and then dropped off at their school. The afternoon care would include the third child from about 2 p.m. with the other two children joining after school lets out for them. This role would require dropping off and picking up kids based on the school schedule. There may be variations due to after school activities. We both work and are looking for person that the kids can feel comfortable with until we can get home around 5 p.m.
