Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator will play a vital role in supporting the logistics team by efficiently handling warehouse materials and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. This position reports to the direct supervisor or warehouse manager and requires expertise in operating multiple forklift types, including sit down, cherry picker, swing, and reach forklifts. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts including sit down, cherry picker, swing, and reach types safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas
• Handle inventory accurately for storage and order fulfillment purposes
• Store materials properly to optimize warehouse space and accessibility
• Assist in fulfilling orders by moving goods as required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment
• Collaborate effectively with the logistics team to support warehouse operations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating forklifts
• Forklift Operator Certification
• Expertise in forklift operation and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail and physical stamina for heavy lifting
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
