Position: MIG Welder
Location: Red Hill, PA
Pay Rate: $19.00 to $23 or more per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
- MIG welding experience required.
- Must successfully pass a MIG welding test.
- Must have transportation
We are currently seeking a Certified MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have completed a welding program and earned their certification and are looking to begin or grow their welding career in a production environment.
The ideal candidate will have basic MIG welding knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Company training will be provided to help new welders become familiar with processes, equipment, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Read basic blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with additional production duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Completion of a welding program and MIG welding certification required.
- Basic understanding of MIG welding techniques and equipment.
- Ability to use measuring tools and follow work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Must successfully pass a hands-on welding test during the interview process.
Training Provided
- Company training will be provided to familiarize new hires with welding processes, equipment, and production requirements.
