Network Engineer

*Description*

The Network Engineer will support a large-scale End-of-Support (EOS) network refresh initiative. This role is responsible for migrating customer services from legacy network equipment to newer platforms, primarily within a Juniper-based environment.

The engineer will analyze existing router configurations, develop migration plans, create implementation documentation, and execute network migrations during scheduled maintenance windows. Candidates must be comfortable working independently, coordinating with multiple internal teams and field resources, and managing several migration projects simultaneously.

Experience migrating Juniper MX, QFX, and ACX platforms
Multi-vendor networking experience, including: Cisco, Nokia, Juniper
Experience supporting large-scale network refresh or modernization projects
Familiarity with network inventory and provisioning systems (Granite experience is a plus)
Experience working with network operations, implementation, or provisioning teams
Strong troubleshooting abilities within complex routed environments
EOL/EOS replacement project experience

Nice To Have:
Project management experience
Previous experience with Spectrum/Charter, Verizon, or other large service providers
Former internal implementation and operations (INO) experience
Network staging and deployment coordination experience
Cisco ASR/7600/9K

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
