Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: 100 Nagog Park, Acton Massachusetts 01720

Shift: Monday to Thursday (6am - 6:30pm) & (6pm - 6:30am)

Pay rate: $24 - $27/hr on W2

Job Overview:

• We are seeking an Manufacturing Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced medical device production environment.
• This role supports production, quality, and preventive maintenance while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, set up, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor production quality and process performance.
• Use measuring tools, HMIs, and computer systems for production and inventory tasks.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with automated equipment and measuring tools preferred.
• Medical device or cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
