Job Description

With 37.5 hours per week, you’ll be instrumental in fostering student growth, communication, and success across multiple grade levels.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP-CCC credentials
- Experience working within school settings
- Ability to serve K-12th grades, placement based on background and experience
- Strong preference for bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese, as the majority of students and families speak these languages
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Dedication to culturally responsive and inclusive practices
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy services
- Consult with teachers, family members, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and meet all compliance regulations
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt communication and therapy approaches to meet diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
