Responsibilities
- Design AI solutions with a strong focus on user needs and business outcomes
- Build and support AI-powered applications, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions
- Contribute to the development of agents, copilots, retrieval systems, and machine learning capabilities
- Integrate internal and external systems into AI workflows and applications
- Write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code in a CI/CD environment
- Participate in testing, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, data, product, and business partners
- Apply software engineering and AI best practices to improve reliability, scalability, and security
- Use Jira to track work items, defects, and project progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or machine learning systems
- Experience with at least one modern programming language such as Python, C#, or Java
- Familiarity with APIs and modern software development practices
- Experience with source control and collaborative development workflows
- Strong learning mindset and desire to grow in AI engineering
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Exposure to vector databases or retrieval-based systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms and AI services such as AWS
