Fork Lift Reach Operator

Position: Certified Reach Truck Forklift Operators
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas

Job Duties:

· Operate Crown reach truck in high-bay and narrow-aisle racking to load, unload, stack, and retrieve pallets at varying elevations, including top-level rack positions.

· Control mast functions (lift, lower, tilt) and extend/retract forks to ensure precise load placement and stability.

· Align forks with pallet entry points to prevent damage to racking systems, product, and equipment.

· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments using material handling equipment and manual methods as required.

· Utilize RF scanning systems to track inventory movement, verify counts, confirm labeling accuracy, and update warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections, report mechanical deficiencies, identify product discrepancies or damage, and maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards.

Requirements:

· 1–2 years of Reach Truck Forklift operating experience required.

· 1-2 years in RF (Radio Frequency) scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).

· Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.

· Capability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods.

· Ability to work in varying warehouse temperature conditions.
