Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Key Technician / Retail Associate to join our team. This is a great part-time opportunity for students, seniors, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible work hours.
The Key Technician will help customers with key cutting services, assist with basic retail duties, and provide excellent customer service. Training will be provided — applicants must be willing and able to learn how to make keys using key-cutting equipment.
Responsibilities
- Learn how to cut and duplicate keys
- Assist customers with key-related services and questions
- Operate key-cutting machines after training
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Perform light stocking and organize merchandise
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Handle basic retail responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to stand on your feet during shifts
- Must be dependable, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Must be willing to learn key-making skills
- Retail experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
