What You'll Do
-Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.
-Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and proactive tax guidance.
-Research complex tax issues and communicate findings clearly to clients and team members.
-Assist with tax planning strategies to help clients minimize tax liabilities and achieve financial goals.
-Mentor and train junior staff while reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
-Collaborate with partners and managers on special projects and consulting engagements.
-Stay current on changing tax laws and regulations.
What We're Looking For
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
-CPA license or CPA candidate preferred.
-3+ years of public accounting tax experience.
-Experience preparing business and individual tax returns.
-Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
-Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
-Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office.
