Property Manager

Pay: $26/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking an Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a property in Newark, NC 07102. This is a contract opportunity with immediate start for the right candidate.

• Pay: $24/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30AM–6PM
• Start Date: ASAP

• Manage the day-to-day operations of property
• manage leasing activities, including applications, move-ins, and renewals
• Maintain accurate and organized resident files and documentation
• Assist with rent collections and follow-ups on delinquencies
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely completion of work orders

• Previous property management experience required
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with property management software is a plus
