About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee field and office operations for major construction projects. This individual will coordinate project activities, manage vendors, oversee logistics, and support successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction project scope, schedule, and coordination
• Oversee contracts, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
• Track project progress and resolve issues
• Support project budgeting and reporting
• Communicate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing commercial, healthcare, industrial, or data center projects preferred
• Knowledge of contracts and procurement processes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
