Job Title: Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Pay: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
Location: Phoenix, AZ

Overview
A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Estimator to lead complex commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at both building client relationships and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, converting leads into awarded projects
• Prepare accurate estimates and bids for both negotiated and hard-bid work
• Lead pre-construction efforts including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Manage all phases of project execution from mobilization through closeout
• Collaborate with a second Project Manager to oversee labor, subcontractors, procurement, and field coordination
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and engineers
• Perform detailed take-offs and support pre-construction planning efforts

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in mechanical or commercial construction
• Strong estimating background with experience in take-offs and bid preparation
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
