Locums Family Medicine Physician in Colebrook, New Hampshire - No Call, Flexible Schedule

Practice autonomous outpatient family medicine with no call while managing a chronic disease-focused patient panel. This assignment also offers the flexibility of a four-day work week for the right candidate.

• Outpatient family medicine practice
• Long-term assignment with extension potential

• Outpatient clinic serving primarily adult patients with a higher elderly population
• Focus on chronic disease management, medication management, and patient education
• Care for approximately 16 or more patients per day
• Supported by a practice manager, nursing staff, and a dedicated medical assistant

• Monday through Friday schedule
• 36 patient care hours with 4 hours of administrative time each week
• Standard daytime clinic hours
• Three-month assignment with the potential to extend

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Active New Hampshire medical license required
• BLS and DEA required

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
• Travel arrangements are coordinated for the assignment
