Property Manager
Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and vendors.
Coordinate the daily operations of a commercial property portfolio.
Respond to tenant requests and coordinate vendors and contractors.
Conduct routine property inspections.
Assist with lease administration and tenant onboarding.
Support budgeting, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
Maintain property records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and operations teams.
Identify opportunities to improve tenant satisfaction and overall property performance.
Provide administrative and front desk support as needed.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Recent graduates and candidates with up to three years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Interest in commercial real estate and property management.
Experience with lease administration or property management software is an advantage.
Basic understanding of commercial building systems is preferred.
