- Manage daily travel schedules efficiently, balancing time on the road with administrative and follow-up work performed from home.
- Consistently raise the bar for the delivery experience by recruiting high-quality partners in complex last-mile scenarios.
- 1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service roles.
- Proven outside or field sales experience.

- Demonstrated ability to travel up to approximately 4 hours round trip on a daily basis.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, including the ability to present and pitch programs to business owners.

- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others in a collaborative environment.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to follow through quickly on leads and applicant needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially when supporting applicants in the field.
- Tech-savvy mindset with comfort using smartphones, CRM platforms, and productivity tools.
- Motivation to earn uncapped commission and perform in a performance-driven environment.

The position involves regular driving within a two-hour radius and requires comfort working independently in a variety of business and community settings. The environment is fast-paced and performance-oriented, with attractive benefits such as eligibility for two weeks of paid time off after a successful six-month performance review, uncapped commission opportunities tied to partner application, readiness to launch, and post-launch milestones, a monthly phone bill expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement.
