Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Diagnosed with dementia. About the care needs: He lives alone and his son lives 10 hours away. He was just told he shouldn't drive. He is capable of self care (hygiene), and somewhat independent living but, shouldn't drive. He needs a companion who can remind him of important things (medicine, appointments) and make/prepare healthy meals. Since his wife passed He eats mostly bagels with peanut butter and boiled eggs. We suspect it's because he never had to cook. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
