Companion Care Needed

My mother Diane is 68 years old with a history of alcohol abuse. She has now been sober for 5 months. Unfortunately she has signs of dementia and short term memory loss. Over the last couple months we have been dealing with her inability to walk and use the bathroom. It seems that she has a major fear of walking and falling. We have had minimal OT and PT come to the house to help her get up, exercise and gain strength. Diane a lot of the time is uncooperative and states she doesn't want to do anything. We are looking for someone that can help her physically and mentally in order for her to gain confidence and get over her fear of falling. Thank you
