Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: After losing my mom, my dad has struggled with some of his care. He has ongoing health issues and struggles with breathing, which causes barriers. Although he has a brother-in-law who lives with him, he is in need of some additional help. My dad was a very independent person who worked hard and struggles now with asking for help. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
