Nanny Needed

We're looking for a warm nanny to care for our 8-month-old son in our home (07307) Monday through Friday starting Sept 1. He was born 2 months early, so we'd love someone comfortable with adjusted milestones and attentive to his cues. Both parents work from home, so you'd have backup nearby, but we're looking for someone who can confidently take the lead during the day: stroller walks, keeping his nap schedule on track, bottle feeds, and lots of play and snuggles. Ideal candidate has infant experience, excellent references, is reliable and communicative, and genuinely loves this age. CPR certification preferred.
