Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally sees the whole picture, notices what needs attention before being asked, and takes genuine pride in creating a calm, organized, and well-supported environment. The ideal candidate understands that supporting a family goes beyond caring for children. It means helping carry the mental load of a busy household, exercising sound judgment, and stepping confidently into whatever is needed on a given day.
