Babysitter Needed

We have three kids - ages 6 (girl), 4 (boy), and 2 months (girl). The older two kids are at school every day until 3/3:30pm, so the majority of the role will be taking care of our baby girl. Mom is exclusively breastfeeding, and is on maternity leave until October when she goes back part-time. We are looking for a caregiver who loves babies and has experience with infants (supporting development and establishing routines). Our family is very health-oriented (mom is a nutritionist). We have a strong preference for a caregiver who has an interest in health/nutrition and is happy to support our priorities. We are open to full-time or part-time depending on finding the right fit!
