Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Las Vegas. We would prefer someone who could help out with baby while I work from home. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. I will need you for 3 days out of the week for 5-6 hours -not required that you cook - not required that you clean -dog will also be put up if you arent ok with pet -no weekends required or over night stays -please no long nails , revealing clothes
