Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am expecting to have a baby. I'm not sure what my exact needs are right now, but what I envision is the following. I work from home and I would love to have somebody available to assist during that first year of life (and potentially further on). I would be home to do certain feedings but they would be there for changing diapers and playing with baby when I am unavailable to do so. Schedule is flexible throughout the day and week since I will be at home.
