Nanny Needed

My wife and I are looking for a full time nanny for our 10-month-old baby boy starting now. We are looking for someone who can manage everything related to the baby including meal prep, walks and activities. It would be long term, at least till he turns 2. 5 years old (most probably longer than that). We live in east cut area in San Francisco.
