House Cleaner - Full-time / Part-time

We are two old people don't use living room or two bedrooms, they just need vacuuming and a little dusting. I don't need appliances cleaned just fronts wiped down. We do have a large patio needs dusting and tile floor cleaned ever so often. I mostly need bathrooms cleaned, tile floors mopped and area rugs vacuumed. We both have cancer and so can't have a lot of people and no one sick. We would have to workout days and hours according to our oncology appointments.
