Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients during night shift hours \n
- Support and manage approximately 5–12 deliveries per month \n
- Document patient care accurately using the CPSI/Thrive charting system \n
- Float to Med Surg unit as needed to support staffing requirements \n

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing \n
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing \n
- Ability to work a 7 on / 7 off night shift schedule (36/48-hour rotation) \n
- Ability to float to Med Surg as required \n
- \n
- Familiarity with CPSI/Thrive electronic charting system \n
- Experience working in a low-volume Labor & Delivery setting \n
- \n
- Enjoy a structured and predictable schedule with a 7 on / 7 off rotation \n
- Work in a supportive environment with flexibility in scrub attire \n
