PAY:
\n Local Pay: $60 to $63/hr on W2.
Travelers Pay:
\n Taxable Amount - $27hr on W2
\n Lodging Stipend - $1,100 weekly
\n Meals Stipend - $678 weekly
\n Weekly Gross - $2,750 weekly including stipend for 36 hours.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
\n Position - RN-Intensive Care Unit
\n Location - 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH 03246
\n Duration - 13 weeks contract
\n Night Shift - 7 pm to 7:30 am, with every other weekend
Weekly Hours - 36 hours
\n EMR - Cerner
Floating: Yes, ED (not just ICU holds), Stepdown, Med surg with modified assignment.
\nEquipment: Balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, artic sun or TTM management, alaris pumps, rapid infuser
\n\n
RESPONSIBILITIES:
\n Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity patients in the Intensive Care Unit
\n Perform continuous patient assessments and monitor hemodynamic, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological status
\n Administer medications, IV therapies, vasoactive drips, and blood products as prescribed
\n Operate and monitor advanced life-support equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion pumps
\n Interpret cardiac rhythms, laboratory results, and diagnostic findings to support clinical decision-making
\n Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
\n Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and participate in code blue and emergency interventions
\n Assist with invasive procedures, including central line placement, arterial lines, and bedside procedures
\n Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and critical care processes
\n Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
\n Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and critical care protocols
\n Advocate for patient-centered care while promoting optimal clinical outcomes in a fast-paced ICU environment.

REQUIREMENT:
\n 3 years of ICU experience - Required
BLS & ACLS NH State License - Required
\nTNCC, PALS, CCRN - preferred
