\n Contract: Up to 13 Weeks

\n Critical Illness & Rehabilitation Hospital
\n Inpatient Clinical Nutrition
\n Collaborative multidisciplinary care team
\n Schedule
\n Monday–Friday
\n 8-hour day shifts
\n 40 hours per week
\n Job Summary

\n Provide comprehensive nutrition care for critically ill and medically complex patients. Assess nutritional needs, develop individualized nutrition care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

\n Responsibilities
\n Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments
\n Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans
\n Monitor nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
\n Provide nutrition education to patients and families
\n Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and the rehabilitation team
\n Document assessments and interventions in the medical record
\n Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and discharge planning
\n Required Qualifications
\n Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential
\n Current state licensure (if required)
\n Graduate of an accredited Dietetics program
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n Acute care or critical illness experience
\n Long-term acute care (LTAC) experience
\n Strong clinical nutrition assessment skills
\n Experience with EMR documentation
